• As a Main Application Supporter, you ensure that our main applications (ERP, CRM, DMS) run smoothly and are constantly optimized.
• With your analytical eye, you optimize business processes and develop innovative workflows and interfaces that make a difference.
• You will be responsible for the administration and further development of SQL databases and create reports and business intelligence solutions, which are among your strengths.
• You use your expertise in the support and maintenance of applications (web and desktop) as well as in training and ensure satisfied users.

• You have 3-5 years of experience in programming, user support and project management (ERP, CRM, DMS, Web).
• You have sound knowledge of SQL, Python, Java/JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP and C++.
• You have a strong analytical mindset, strong communication skills and a high level of customer and service orientation
• You have a degree in IT or a comparable qualification and are fluent in German and English.
