With "CylindraFlow", Nordson Medical presents a new product for fluid management: the first circular all-in-one distributor for up to five fluid lines. The revolutionary design saves space thanks to its compact shape and is equally user-friendly and intuitive. Turning the locking knob clockwise selects the system's five outlets, eliminating errors: Directional indications on the rotary knob and sensory feedback when engaging ensure perfect positioning and selection of the correct output. The circular arrangement of the inlets and outlets minimizes the dead space volume. The system ensures a constant flow rate and stable pressure, as only one outlet can be selected at a time. The platinum-hardened silicone seal separates the fluid channel from the rotary mechanism, so that fluids flowing through only come into contact with the silicone. The ports are hose connections from the proven Value Plastics 600 series and are suitable for hose sizes with an internal diameter of 3/8" (9.5 mm). The number of outlets can be increased by stringing several distributors together. The system is made of polycarbonate and can be gamma-sterilized. The materials used meet the requirements of USP Class VI and ISO 10993.
