The new "E-Click" multi-way tap makes life easier: with a "click", the plug engages from the fully open starting position after 45° and signals that the system is 100% closed and that no liquids can escape or mix. For each additional 45° turn, the "click" confirms the correct adjustment in the selected position and the innovative plug design also ensures a particularly good grip. Developed for use in infusion therapy, anaesthesia and for patient monitoring, the tap is the most pressure-resistant of its kind with a pressure resistance of 3 bar (43.5 PSI).The body of the E-Click is made of particularly lipid-resistant polycarbonate. The improved material enables the administration of a wide range of medications and a dwell time on the patient of up to 24 hours. Both the cock and the chick are latex-, PVC- and DEHP-free. The Elcam Medical stopcock is available in blue, red and white. The connections comply with the new ISO 80369-7 standard.
